Barriers of the Innovation Activity in the Mazovian Manufactory Sector in 2012–2014

Summary/Abstract: The determinants can stimulate or dissimulate the innovation activity in enterprises. The obstacles should naturally restraining such a phenomenon, but what when there is a positive interaction between them? Many accomplished researches all over the world show us, that it can happen and exists not so rare. CIS methodology reveals a new problem, the innovation maturity process of the enterprises. It is impossible to see the obstacle of the innovation activity, which is not realized. When you will start it, then you can see them at last. The main objective of this paper is to identify the direction and calculating the strength of main factors, which are can be perceived as barriers to the new technologies. The positive feedback from the statistical multiregression logit models show us much more heterogeneity that flows from those interactions. This might be the important thing for building the innovation policy on the regional level and can be prepared to stand up against obstacles restraining innovation activity there. The research was conducted for the years 2012–14 on a group of 951 industrial companies in Mazovian region.
