Summary/Abstract: In today’s economy where businesses are truly global, communication opportunities are virtually unlimited and teamwork becomes the key to success. Collaboration is the primary form of activity in the workplace. Over the last two decades, staff time spent on co-operation has increased by more than 50%. Of course, these changes have many advantages, but the excessive exploitation of talent in organizations can also have negative effects. Individual results of the most active workers fall as they are counted on countless requests for help. This may lead to an increase in the level of stress, and consequently to a decrease in the effectiveness of the team. In this article, the author deals with the issue of employee collaboration resources and presents a fragment of the preliminary research findings on intra-organizational co-operation. The purpose of the publication is to analyze and assess the level of workload in the teams tested. Studies were used in the case study’s method.
