Summary/Abstract: The aim of the study is to identify the main determinants of the decision of return to work by women represented Podlaskie voivodeship. Women are a specific group of potential employees, not only because of their psychophysical features, but also because of necessity of connecting work with family life. The conclusions are based on Analysis of the situation of women in the Podlaskie voivodeship. It was carried out, at the request of the Voivodeship labor Office in Białystok. The authors were participated in research process. The results of PAPI research among women without work were presented as a main part of the analyze.
