Summary/Abstract: The article discusses the functioning of the Early Warning System at the voivodship level. In article presents diagram of flow information between crisis management centers and other organs functioning in the system. The organization of the whole system has been analyzed with the explanation of the functioning and implementation of tasks by individual cells operating within the system.
