Aspects regarding the destruction of the national forest fund and the forest vegetation outside it

Summary/Abstract: Given the specific nature of the protection of the national forestry fund and the forest vegetation outside it and the inconsistency of the legislator, the forestry offenses generated both doctrine and literature discussions and a non-unitary practice of the courts. The analysis of the specific aspects of the crime of destroying the national forest fund and the forest vegetation outside it realized in the present study is based not only on the opinions expressed in the doctrine and the literature, but also on the considerations of the decisions of CCR and ICCJ, which have led to difficulties in judicial practice.
