Summary/Abstract: The removal of disciplinary sanctions is an important element in disciplinary liability, which supports the employees who have disciplined their conduct. In this article, we propose an analysis of the removal of disciplinary sanctions, how it is to be ascertained, its importance in the individualization of subsequent disciplinary sanctions applied to employees and pointing the distinction between the removal of disciplinary sanctions and their nullity.
