The Level of Economic Development of the European Union Countries as a Factor Determining the Concentration of the Export Commodity Structure

Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to determine the direction and strength of dependence between the level of economic development and the degree of concentration of the export structure. Absolute and relative measures of concentration of EU countries exports were calculated and they were compared with the level of GDP per capita. Using the statistical data analysis tools such as the loess method and the regression function, it was presented graphically and the relationship between variables was calculated.
