Journalistic Writing of Rev. Władysław Siarkowski in the „Gazeta Kielecka” in the Years 1870-1894

Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the columns of Rev. Władysław Siarkowski published in „Gazeta Kielecka”. The aim was to describe the writings of the eminent ethnographer and regionalist in the context of publishing-editorial changes appearing in the paper in the years 1870-1894. An attempt was also made to determine the impact made by Władysław Siarkowski in this newspaper – being the oldest of its kind in Poland. The article is accompanied by a bibliography of Władysław Siarkowski’s texts, published in the magazine in the years 1870-1894.
