Summary/Abstract: The article presents a proposal for a new tool aimed at testing youth readiness for school integration with peers who have disabilities. It contains both the theoretical basis on which the questionnaire was constructed as well as its psychometric properties. Taking into account the results obtained, it can be regarded as a valuable tool for diagnosing and monitoring the maturity of adolescents who are to enter into interpersonal relations with disabled peers.
