Constitutional History 2000–2015: Slovak Republic

Summary/Abstract: In the Slovak historiography, constitutional history was dominant and accounted for the largest number of publications in the researched period of 2000–2015, comprising monographs, journal articles, students’ textbooks and collections of conference papers. The contribution provides an overview of production revolving around five major topics of Slovak constitutional historiography, offering an extensive list of works from the 2000–2015 period in the footnotes and in the final list of bibliography. The aim was to include all relevant publications from the period, which explains the number of references and the length of the list of bibliography.
