Summary/Abstract: This paper shows the different systems of innovation - national, sectoral, regional and technological system of innovation - and their form of joint, especially focusing onto networks. In addition, the study addresses background factors of the networks, such as confidence, communication, common goal, motivation, personal and common norms.
