Summary/Abstract: The paper covers some aspects regarding theory and practice in the teaching of organic colorants to chemical engineering students. There is little in the world of education that is more depressing than bad university teaching.Intellectual development is a product of both internal and external processes. In the paper are presented the importance of teaching and learning, the conditions of learning, and some methods of evaluation, all specific toteaching the subject in question.
