Summary/Abstract: The people, communities and geographical areas in which they live create permanently structures, actions, and functions that bring them closer to the ideal condition - that of a perfect identity between ontology, gnoseology, and the logic of their own existence. Everything related to the organization of the people's living environment bears the mark of a major, pressing and omnipresent political and strategic objective: conflict management. More specifically, creating capabilities and capabilities to achieve such an objective, or generating the conditions for its possible realization. For the time being, the vital center of such deployments is not just the ideas or the ideas themselves, but the space or set of ideas, reasoning and concepts that concern the geographic space. In a sense, man is dominated by space. Since he exists, he does nothing but organize his space in which he lives, both the endogenous one, which is part of his own terrestrial being, but the exogenous one, which is more and more confused with the Universe.
