Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the currente search is to determine hospital environment factors influencing mental status of health professionals via investigation and analysis. Fifty-two individuals with dissimilar length of service, working experience and life path took part in. Specific interconnections were found between the evaluations of social environment and the consequences of stress, moreover, the second ones were significantly interrelated todemographic characteristics as age, length of service and family status.
