Summary/Abstract: One of the strong economic and social currents is neo-liberalism. Itcreates a strong cultural context (called “neoliberal culture”), triggers specificconditions for the functioning of societies and individuals and the course ofeducational processes, including the functioning of teachers and students.This article attempts to synthesize the neoliberal context of educationalprocesses and the consequences for the educational practice.
