Summary/Abstract: The field of public health does not begin today. He always exists, and there are always activities that shape him and put him in touch with reality and his dynamics. Public health and intervention patterns are not once and for all. They are variable, depending on the actual requirements of life, reality, and obviously the policies and strategies developed in that sense.
