Summary/Abstract: During the Putin Era, the Russian Federation tries to impose itself as a big power, promoting policies, strategies, doctrines, capabilities, institutions and executive decisions that support its status. This paper demonstrates, using a theoretical analysis of the Russian Security Strategies and following the phenomenological aspects of this state’s decisions, the level and diversity of the use of unconventional aggressions by the Russian leadership, to deal with both internal and foreign affairs.
