Summary/Abstract: In order to develop a country, education of young population is an undeniable factor. A key parameter for the young population's education to continue in a healthy way is to maintain and follow the discipline regulations in the schools effectively. For most secondary schools, inflicting and monitoring disciplinary punishments are carried out without using information technologies in current situation. Keeping discipline without using a software system leads to both time and energy wastage. For this reason in this study, it is aimed to develop a software model for discipline management in school using information processing systems. In the first stage of the study, the disciplinary regulation was examined and a model was created by classifying disciplinary crimes. Thus, it is aimed that users of software can access the related disciplinary crime comfortably. Later on, interviews were conducted with the staff members of the disciplinary committee at the school, and the requirements analysis was then obtained. From these needs, UML (Unified Modeling Language) diagrams have been created and the developed software has been aimed to be built on a solid infrastructure. The prepared software model has also been tested in the physical environment. By using this software, all disciplinary cases can be archived on a regular basis, quick access to any file can be sustained and various reports can be generated. Moreover, by making use this information in the database, various education policies for future can be produced.
