Summary/Abstract: The present paper presents some considerations on the economical problems and the problems of the war, and on he economical-financial crises and the war. The financial and economic crises (are) is influencing the battle and wars for resources and markets.The interventionist doctrine can be legitimized through economic and political reasons, but this doctrine has changed in the last decades. World has reached a such complexity that it is hard to control or understand the war (the wars), the future of war, why states go to war, the economy and politics in the XXIst century, the war for World power, and the war of the Third Wave.
