Summary/Abstract: Science has proven, on the basis of consistent arguments, that matter is as rich and complex or even richer than the spirit as it can be subjected to infinite transformations with huge and unpredictable resources. Because of these unlimited possibilities, science without morals, without consciousness, escaped from the control of morality and justice, could sooner or later unleash immense forces destroying humanity and life on the Blue Planet. It is known that the law / law has no power without morality (in the form of religion, culture, and value systems), and morality has over the millennia failed to force mankind's decision-makers to give up the total freedom of scientific research that endangers global / global security. But without freedom, scientific research does not exist. Moral can only be imposed with the help of law / law, and applying law / justice implies applying moral as well. Consequently, Some people believe that, in order to ensure the security of mankind, science must be kept under the double control of morality and law.
