Summary/Abstract: The time for pioneering strategies for food security in developing countries has passed! Plenty of developing countries are experimenting, with a respectable account, acceptable measures of reform, that need to be implemented in the field of food security. For Sub-Saharian Africa, food security is still a symptom that needs to be treated, without the know-how that makes it treatable. Within the transformation of the quality of this symptom, the United Nations Organization has been able to import some syllables. However, the means and the rhetoric utilized must be able to include, within an unlimited research, the overall phenomenology of food security, within all its externalizations.
