Summary/Abstract: Data regarding the report on physical education and sport conducted by the SCC in the years 2010 and 2013, and the information from the discussion on the Core Curriculum suggests that teachers often do not have the competence to apply the knowledge of health education in teaching physical education (PE). This paper shows that this competence system influences the teacher’s qualifications as an expert in ergonomic management of the competence building process in physical education of students. In this way, it is possible to identify the locus of health diagnosis in the general diagnosis of student’s physical activity. This paper considers the impact of environmental stressors.
