Summary/Abstract: Lately, more often in the debate of ideas regard the problem of affirming the European Union as a global actor, put and viewpoints stated. The answers to those who put such a question, or those expressing opinions are diverse and often contradictory.That is why, in this article we try to formulate a points of views on examinations and the conditions under which the European Union could assert as a global player, bringing some arguments that we consider relevant.We do believe that expressing our opinions idea participate in debate, and can thus affirm a belief based on argument as convincing.
