Summary/Abstract: In order to prevent an organization from being harmed by unethical behavior and actions, whistleblowing can be achieved through the disclosure of information. The Whistleblowing concept refers to the reporting of immoral situations in the organization to those who have the power and authority to solve the problems by those who are familiar with these situations. Although Whistleblowing allows the organization to achieve many positive outcomes, whistleblowers can be subjected to various charges in organizations and face risks. In the beginning of this situation, the concept of “Mobbing”, which is considered as a very popular concept in recent years, leads to psychological harassment that leads to organizational unrest. The purpose of the study is to examine the effects of whistleblowing and mobbing on the organization and to present solution proposals. In this study, the effects of whistleblowing thinking on human capital in relation to mobbing, which is seen as a control strategy for organizations, were investigated and the level of the organizations should be in the direction of the results section of the study.
