Summary/Abstract: The author, currently doing her Ph.D. in history at the university of Laval Canada makes a review the of the memories books written by a series of ex communists that lately flourished in the Moldavian literature. These books try to hide the truth on the horrors of deportation and all kind of oppressions the population of Soviet Moldavia underwent after the World War II.
