Summary/Abstract: There are some events in people's lives that cannot be described with the intensity with which they are being experienced and can be reproduced in all the complexity of the events.. One such event is the participation, along with several other Romanian specialists at the 21 th World Petroleum CongressMoscow from 15,th to 20,th June 2014, ,which gave me the chance, for the second time in life, to feel the pulse of one of the energy sectors of the utmost importance for the development and functioning of modern society: oil gas sector.
