Summary/Abstract: Recently, it was published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, Law no. 168/2018 for amending and completing the Law no. 47/1992 on the organization and functioning of the Constitutional Court, republished, with subsequent amendments, containing also new measures for the protection of the judges from the constitutional court in the criminal procedural field.
