Summary/Abstract: The provisions of art. 864 of the previous Criminal Code (art. 96 of the new Criminal Code) relating to the revocation of suspension of execution of custodial punishment becomes inapplicable if the benefit of such a suspension has been definitively canceled and that punishment has been combined with another penalty, the suspension can not be effective.
