Summary/Abstract: The author examines the possibility for the court to modify the interest rate on foreign currency loans as a result of the unfairness of the interest rate claused in credit agreements between professionals and consumers, concluding that current legislation in the field does not allow this possibility, which is why some legislative changes have been initiated.
