Summary/Abstract: Life imprisonment is a main penalty is the most severe punishment and the current penal legislation. It consists of the convict confinement for the rest of his life. Life imprisonment is deprivation of liberty, but as temporary prison but perpetuity. This type of punishment establish general precautionary principle as a way of removing negative effects on interpersonal relationships and relationships, the only purpose of sanctioning the seriousness of the offenses committed convict. But in these conditions the law protects the convicted person (the heavy work being executed under the law), by granting special rights conditions on the visit, correspondence, receiving packages and incentives.
