COMENTARII PRIVIND CONȚINUTUL JURIDIC AL DREPTULUI LA FERICIRE, CA DREPT INDIVIDUAL
SEVERAL COMMENTS ABOUT THE LEGAL CONTENT OF THE RIGHT TO HAPPINESS, AS AN INDIVIDUAL RIGHT

Summary/Abstract: In a century characterized by technological progress and a shift of attention from human being to the mechanic, technical part of civilization, a century marked by a powerful advance of transnational corporations within the framework of economic globalization and implicitly, a century marked by the ascent of a global vision about profit and free global market, where even the human being is assimilated with a merchandise or with a consumer, the human rights field is continuingly developing and enriching with new directions of juridical research and regulation. The present paper is trying to analyze, by starting from understanding the concept of happiness as a human right, which are the material elements (the concrete rights connected directly to the human life and body, to the ecosystem in which the individual is living) and the spiritual elements, composing the complex content of such right from the “last generation” of human rights.
