RELEVANT ASPECTS OF THE INDIVIDUAL LABOR CONTRACT IN ROMAN AND EUROPEAN LAW

Summary/Abstract: Development trends in domestic and international regulations of the individual employment contract bring out its importance by reaffirming characteristic features, by enriching and adapting the content to the realities of the labor market. In this context, a priority interest in knowledge, understanding and compliance with the laws that ensure specificity of the individual employment contract, in terms of conclusion, execution, modification, suspension or termination, is an essential factor for exercising the right to work and to ensure stability of relations work in order to create jobs and develop more and safer. The clauses relating to the security and health of employees, labor protection of children, women, limiting working time is presented as fundamental components of the individual employment contract.
