Summary/Abstract: The report is devoted to a new and still somewhat implemented in practice role of the teachers as trainers of adults. Legal regulation in the country for its implementation is already in place. Therefore on an analytical level the article will highlight the key competencies for teachers that they need for the training of adult learners, as well as specific recommendations for the optimal implementation of this pedagogical activity.
