Summary/Abstract: The financial structure of enterprises and dividend policy are two constant themes in the current international economic literature. Unfortunately, for the Romanian market, both subjects are reated mainly in terms of theoretical and not practical. The main cause is found political and economic context in continuous instability, but and extremely limited number of companies listed on the official market of Romanian capital, with a historical accounting equally low.
