THE POLITICAL AND SOCIAL PARTICIPATION OF WOMEN AND GIRLS – A MAJOR GOAL FOR XXIST CENTURY SOCIETY. WOMEN’S RIGHTS AND THE CONCEPT OF ”FEMININE LEADERSHIP”

Summary/Abstract: In the present paper , we’ll try to realize a brief approach regarding some new legal paradigms, according to the UN specific documents illustrative for the universal regime of women’s rights. It is mentioned also, within these UN documents, that states are urged to elaborate and develop the present body of national and international norms regarding women’s law, by leading it to the new level, of global regulations and protection. New paradigms, as “feminine leadership”, “empowerment of women and girls”, derived from the comprehensive principle of sustainable development, consecrated by the “2030 Agenda”, another major UN document for the next decades, are becoming of paramount importance for restructuring today societies and reasserting in a new, global formula, enforced rights for women and girls, in key -and also restricted- areas (as participation of women and girls to public and political life, at all levels, and other specific rights, as well).
