Summary/Abstract: Societal adaptation and integration is possible and is effective only in all medical, medical, justice, pedagogical and psychological, psychological and social activities. The greatest probability of recidivism / repeated recurrence is in the first place after the subject's presentation. This year must be a year of societal rehabilitation to be focused on:• Ensuring sociaƖ-ƖеgisƖаνа under the conditions of "new" nets;• Ensuring social control, compliance with the behavior of the subject re-enforced expectation / social expectation;• Contributing to the process of consoli- dation of the positive reassurance of the person with the social environment.Principles, the development of which improves the socio-philological, psychological and educational improvement:• respecting the priority of generating humanity, the proximity to the standard of living by all the emails of structured systems;• Differentiated / indi vidual approach to de fi nitional health conditions, depending on the protection of health, legal and moral objec tions, health status and existing social protection;• the human attitude towards deafincens, the dictatorship exclusion and all the factors that lead to a dehumanisation;• respecting the principle of the freedom of consciousness and good orientation.Possibilities of NGOs in post-penitentiary integration:• ensuring the protection of the former detainee;• mental-psychological counselling;• Creation of a specially tailored service: Temporary / AziƖ rehabilitation center for the social reintegration of people who have been released from detention without family and living conditions with differentiated care for a few, depending on personal efforts for reintegration.
