Summary/Abstract: The term ‘’human rights’’usually refers to a number of individual rights and freedoms contained in certain political and legal documents.A media or media outlet is a program founded by the person or legal entity,which represents sequence of information designed by the newsroom,addressed to previously unspecified persons’ - audience.Particularly important is a protection of the rights and freedoms in the field of media for several reasons. First of all, in the media today we have many more rights than before. The development of information technology and a instruments of mass media has led to their increased number nowadays. Finally, relations in contemporary society are such that communications between people in everyday life, in common business, ideas,culture development and understandings, are much more intense because of such a development of means of mass communication.
