Summary/Abstract: This paper presented an explication of ways of judicial protection of constitutional rights injured by individual acts in the legal system of Republic of Serbia. Author analyzes the scientific thought of professor Popović toward question of nature of those individual rights eligible for multiple court protection. Particular attention is devoted to critically inspired analysis of the instruments of judicial protection of constitutional rights injured by individual acts in Serbia.
