Summary/Abstract: he article assesses the impact of transatlantic divergence in the shape of Polish security policy. The author pointed to the source of these differences and their implications for Polish. He also presented the possibility of using NATO to carry Polish interests and areas in which it is necessary to conduct independent political action.
