Summary/Abstract: Overcoming the digital gender gap in Russia can be difficult because many basic problems of gender inequality have not been fully resolved. The article shows what changes in professional employment and the labor market will take place as a result of the digital economy development. An attempt is made to find ways of solving both old gender issues and those that may be related to the development of the digital economy.
