Summary/Abstract: From a methodological and technical point of view, actor’s dance training differs greatly from the choreographer’s dance training. The acting student needs to learn the theory and practice of dance because the knowledge of its features and general characteristics will help him/her assimilate and reproduce a certain style of dance. Improvisation is an essential element in actor training from many perspectives. Besides the fact that it will exclude the feeling of demotivating saturation due to immersion in a single style, it will also develop the student's imagination, giving them the opportunity to demonstrate their capacity to create and discover, contributing to the development of personality, physical and spiritual flexibility.
