Summary/Abstract: In our accelerated world, one can assume an absolute definitive outcome, and that is that everything is changing. We live in a world of never-ending speed of changes. Due to the blanketing of senses and the rise of informational technology, it could be said that the digital world has invaded almost every aspect of our lives, and suddenly appears to be omnipresent. For years now, we have been trying to predict the outcome of wars & battles – which despite our best endeavours are still ongoing – as traditionally written press versus electronics, such as TV versus the Internet, and live performances compete relentlessly against the digitally recorded. We could ask several questions concerning these issues and try at best to determine an outcome. However, who will be valiant? Would it be a solution to let the digital world into the live performances without ‘Malice Aforethought’? How is this happening within the music industry?
