Significance and functions of lie in the interpersonal communication

Summary/Abstract: Lie is a communication phenomenon. This is the reason why there are many conclusions that are important for a better understanding of the lie itself and the significance it can play in the process of mutual communication. In this work I will try to show how the mutual, feedback and dynamic connections between particular elements of the communication process, and therefore the sender, recipient and message affect the final – hindering or facilitating – function of a lie in the process of mutual communication
