Summary/Abstract: Following the failure of the actions taken by Hungary in 1989 and March1990, „when Soviet and Hungarian troops were concentrated at the border with Romania” and “Hungary promoted within the international public opinion the transfer of sovereignty over Transylvania or a part of Transylvania”, the Hungarians adopted the tactics of “small steps” regarding their claims and acquiring gradual benefits and privileges in all areas. During the last years, the action was taken promoting „The Youth Movement of 64Shires (HVIM). It is one of the most active, revisionist, irredentist, xenophobic, anti-Semitic and anti-Romanian organizations that act within the Carpathian area. The organization was founded in April 2001 by Laszlo Toroczkai in Szeged, Hungary.
