Summary/Abstract: In an interconnected world of the 21stCentury, modern military thinking and practice bring new concepts (such as network-based warfare, full-spectrum dominance parallel war, asymmetric warfare, effects-based operations and many others) as a consequence of the results of scientific research activities, technological development and innovation. The latest technical-scientific breakthroughs or technological applications, the gathering of information by satellite or unmanned aerial platforms, the directing of high precision hammering weapons are increasingly employing environments and systems (radio, infrared, microwave or global satellite positioning system – Global Position System – GPS), which created a new configuration of the war.
