Aspects regarding the annual budgetary law

Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to define the annual budgetary law and to identify the role of this law in the State’s budget activity. For this we present the concept, the legal nature, the content and the effects of the annual budget law, also, we present the procedure for adopting the annual budgetary law for the approval of the budget system and the application in time of the annual budgetary law.
