Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to address the problems that arisein relation to the financial documentation of the benefit of the employment of theemployees in the registers, whose archival material is located in the Historicalarchives of Užice, after the bankruptcy or liquidation of a company. After receivinga large amount of archival material from bankruptcy or liquidation companiesdue to the uninterrupted transition of economy to the Republic of Serbia, Užice’sHistorical Archives received an increased number of requests from the Pension andDisability Fund regarding the release of data for accelerated work experience ofemployees in these companies. Despite legal procedures for the preservation of this type of archival material, it has been less then adequately preserved in record offices and in the Pension and Disability Fund.
