Summary/Abstract: Since the beginning of its work, the Croatian Memorial Documentation Center of the Homeland War(HMDCDR) as a specialized archive, processes and publishes collections of documents (archival fonds) of the Serbian origin pertaining to the war in Croatia and to a lesser extent to the war in Bosniaand Herzegovina. So far, 20 books of military and civilian documentation ofrebelled Serbs have been published in Croatia with nearly 4,500 documents in morethan 9,000 pages. This paper presents the types of such archival fonds, selectionprocedures and preparations for their publication as well as the features, resultsand experience gained during the publication of contemporary archival sources onwar in Croatia.
