Summary/Abstract: Exerting influence and psychomanipulation are techniques that are often used by sexual offenders whichhowever have not been a subject of research in the literature until the present day.This article makes an attempt at offering a detailed analysis of the phenomenon of psychomanipulationbased on an example of two sexual abuse cases linked with children, i.e. preferential and situational ones.
