REORGANIZATION OF STATE ADMINISTRATION AND ITS INFLUENCE ON MANAGING AND STORING DOCUMENTS

Summary/Abstract: Changes in the organization of public administration, that are result of political changes, bring a lot of uncertainty and doubts at organizing management and storage of documentary material in the organization. Most affected are ministries and their constituent bodies. We are dealing with different ways or causes of reorganizations. From those where the jurisdiction (or just a part of it) is moved from one body to another, to those resulting from the merging of several bodies into one. Expert opinions, both theoretical as well as practical, are fairly unified in this area. It is expected that previously described reorganizations of public administration will become a constant, therefore public servants and archivists must ensure, that the profession together with the initiators of reorganizations find the most optimal solutions, that will least jeop
